I am trauma-focused therapist trained in Internal Family Systems Model of therapy - effective in identifying trauma, witnessing these experiences, & unburdening them from the client — which informs my therapeutic lens. Additionally trained in CBT, DBT, and MDMA-Assisted Therapy (awaiting FDA approval). I find it rewarding seeing my clients begin to gain trust, not only in the therapeutic relationship, but in themselves. I do not take an expert approach with my client, but rather a partnership in working together so the client finds their confidence to move life in the direction desired.
